the thinking blogger award Posted on April 23, 2007 By pamela I don’t get tagged for things very often and the times I have, I haven’t responded with a reply more than a couple of times. So, I’m a bit reluctant to reply or to make a list this time, but I sort of like the premise of the meme and so have decided to make a post regarding “blogs that make me think.” I received two of these Thinking Blogger awards and I do so appreciate the sweet vote of confidence by Catherine at Making it Home and then another by Kay: Bloom Where You’re Planted. So I need to consider the five blogs that make me think or that have greatly inspired or influenced me. And it would be simple to just say the two that nominated me -and they do make me think, by the way, and so I will include them in my thanks. Here’s the way this meme works: This, from The Thinking Blog The participation rules are simple: 1. If, and only if, you get tagged, write a post with links to 5 blogs that make you think, 2. Link to this post so that people can easily find the exact origin of the meme, 3. Optional: Proudly display the ‘Thinking Blogger Award’ with a link to the post that you wrote (here is an alternative silver version if gold doesn’t fit your blog). That was that! Please, remember to tag blogs with real merits, i.e. relative content, and above all – blogs that really get you thinking! It is the first time I am starting something with my blog so I hope it doesn’t come back to haunt me. Happy link-love-sharing, whatever it is! Okay… so I will work on this tomorrow. I’m thinking, I’m thinking. Gotta go… children and grand dears need me. It’s time for ice cream right now—- i..i..it’s… it’s for the children, dontcha know. ;o) Potpourri

Thanks… Posted on December 7, 2006 for the comments and personal letters regarding this blog. I’ll get back to writing about stuff from the home-front and slices of life. And there’s much to say – much to write. But, mygoodness, there is so much going on that it seems it begs to be revealed. At least… Read More
One of Timothy’s papers… Posted on July 25, 2007 Why do statistics tell us that 80% of Americans are “born-again” Christians and yet America is one of the most openly immoral and vile countries? Christians live practically no different than the world! We go to the same corrupt movies, listen to the same fleshly music. Girls dress like prostitutes… Read More
